living locally means that we manage the properties ourselves and so there are no Letting agents to deal with.
The properties are well maintained and tenants are given their own online portal and Phone app when they move in so they know they can always get in touch.

Deposit Protection Scheme
All deposits are held securely by the government approved Deposit Protection Scheme. They are returned directly to the tenant (less any agreed charges). Any Disputes are resolved independently by the DPS.
